** Your Impact in This Role
** As a
** Customer Services Representative
** your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Act as the first point of contact for customers, resolving commercial, technical, and operational issues.
* Manage customer onboarding according to company processes.
* Handle order and contract management, including order entry, amendments, billing, and price revisions.
* Provide commercial support by preparing offers, sending samples, and handling inquiries.
* Administer accurate data in ERP systems and maintain shipment files for audit purposes.
* Coordinate logistics activities, including transport planning, customs documentation, and complaint resolution.
* Manage export processes, track shipments, and liaise with customs agents for overseas deliveries.
** What You Bring to the Table
*** Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation, or related field OR 2+ years of experience in customer service or logistics in an international environment.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in ERP systems - SAP knowledge required
* Proficient in English and Spanish preferable
