Job Description
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Must Speak Spanish*) to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Attending customers everyday in the store
- Provideinformation about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Count money as a cashier
- Develop and maintain a knowledgebase of the evolving products and services
- Maintain store clean and Organize
- Restock store
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Company offers:
Base Salary + Commission, Vacation, Holidays and Sick days pay.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 7-5:00 p.m. or 8-6:00 p.m. with an hour lunch and Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
