Description:

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Links Car Wash Team Member. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional wash quality and customer service to our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently and effectively ensure clean vehicles and happy customers using our state-of-the-art car wash equipment.

• Operate automated car wash equipment and perform vehicle cleaning services.
• Assess vehicle needs and ensure quality results through final inspections
• Provide friendly, professional customer service, including payment processing and service information
• Address customer questions or concerns promptly and courteously
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash facility and equipment
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
• Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations and customer satisfaction
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a car wash or detailing environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. For extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling and turning
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
