Customer Service Support Level 1

Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Support Level 1 to join their team. As a Customer Service Support Level 1, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting internal teams and customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** Shift: 8:00am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Assist customers and company sales and service representatives with questions regarding equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery schedules

+ Schedule field service repair calls as needed to ensure timely resolution of customer issues

+ Handle requests for additional company materials and maintain accurate records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements, and pricing

+ Resolve return credit problems efficiently and professionally

+ Engage frequently with internal teams and customers to exchange factual information and support ongoing service needs
