** Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
** What's the Job?*
* + Enter and update data accurately in digital databases from paper documents
+ Update order statuses and verify order accuracy through double-checking
+ Assist with freight checks, pulling orders, and conducting inventories
+ Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely support
+ Coordinate with internal teams and external carriers to secure information and support business operations
** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience is desirable
+ Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point
+ Excellent communication and listening skills
+ Ability to work well in a team and adapt to process improvements
+ Patience and attention to detail when handling complex processes
