Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve product or service issues by identifying the cause, selecting the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges, ensuring all processes are completed accurately.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer database.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and provide feedback on recurring problems to improve customer experience.
  • Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring they make informed decisions.
  • Ensure customer complaints are handled promptly and professionally, offering solutions that adhere to company policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals, such as response time and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software (e.g., CRM systems).
  • A positive attitude with a passion for helping others and ensuring customer satisfaction.
