As a Client Relationship Associate at Coozmoo Digital Solutions, you’ll support the successful delivery of client projects by managing day-to-day coordination and communication. Acting as a key link between clients and internal teams, you’ll help ensure requirements are clearly captured, updates are shared on time, and execution stays aligned with expectations.

You’ll work closely with Managers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to track progress, address issues early, and maintain consistent communication. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting client satisfaction and smooth project outcomes.

What You’ll Do
  • Support client accounts through clear coordination andtimelycommunication
  • Assistin gathering, documenting, and organizing client requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align on tasks, timelines, and deliverables
  • Track progress, follow up on action items, and flag risks early
  • Share updates, feedback, and milestones with clients and stakeholders
  • Support testing, quality checks, and final delivery reviews
  • Manage and guide junior team members, ensuring task clarity, quality, andtimelyexecution
  • Review team output, track reporting, and support workload planning for assigned resources

Who Can Apply

You are a postgraduate or graduate with 2+ years of experience in a client-facing or similar role, with hands-on exposure to client interaction, coordination, and execution. You demonstrate excellent communication and convincing skills, can manage day-to-day client conversations confidently, and have experience supporting or managing junior team members. Strong organizational abilities and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role.
