Customer Service Rep Position in Houston, TX Looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Customer Service Rep to manage front desk duties with exceptional customer service and professionalism in our growing Executive Suite. Ideal candidates must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include efficiently running the front desk and handling various tasks confidently. A positive attitude and passion for assisting others are a must.
Responsibilities:
• Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide concierge-level customer service to clients and customers
• Answer phones, schedule conference rooms, process mail, and packages
• Be a team player
Qualifications:
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
• Concerned with doing things the right way the first time
• Positive attitude and outlook
• Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills Compensation: $14 hourly
