DescriptionEngages and communicates in face‑to‑face meetings with customers to address, but not limited to, facility issues. Oversee and create work orders, identify errors and resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently. Investigates, corrects, confirms, provides resolutions to Service Requests/Work Orders and addresses various needs of departments and building occupants. Effectively liaise between departments and assigned building personnel in designated areas/zones.
ResponsibilitiesRequires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline; or the basic knowledge of more than one professional discipline. Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtained through a formal, directly job‑related 4‑year degree from a college or university or an equivalent in‑depth specialized training program that is directly related to the type of work being performed.
Preferred:
Specialized training program or experience can be substituted on year‑to‑year basis. Valid Texas Driver's License.
Requires a minimum of five (5) years of directly job‑related experience. Involves general scheduling and review of work as a "working supervisor" or lead person over one or more employees doing the same type of work. Work is typically routine and requires general instructions.
Certification/LicensingMust have a valid Texas Driver's License.
