Maid Brigade of Northwest Houston, a locally owned and operated location of the Maid Brigade franchise system, is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) individual for inside sales, customer service, and office duties. Maid Brigade is a national franchise with over 65 locations across the US. Maid Brigade of Northwest Houston is one of the fastest‑growing locations in the Maid Brigade franchise system.

• Incoming sales calls and customer service calls
• Prospective employee calls
• Scheduling
• Bookkeeping
• Data entry
• Providing assistance to maids who call the office

We need at least 7 to 10 years of experience in sales, management, and/or customer service. Since many employees and prospective employees speak Spanish, being bilingual in English and Spanish is important.

• Insure that all potential and current customer communications are handled in a consistent and thorough manner, building relationships to maintain satisfaction.
• Manage the day‑to‑day office activities (scheduling, monitoring cleaning teams, solving problems, etc.).

The sales calls are considered warm sales as they are incoming calls and outgoing calls to prospects who inquire quotes on our website. There is no cold calling.

• Exceptional people and communication skills via telephone, text, and internet.
• Top‑notch grammar and verbal skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM, with rapid typing to enter notes while speaking.

We offer a small casual office environment, Monday through Friday work schedule, weekly pay, sales commissions, paid vacations and holidays.
