NRG Park is in the fast lane for opportunity and excitement. We are a one‑of‑a‑kind premier facility with four major venues within one giant park: the NRG Center (one million+ sq. ft. We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our Box Office team as Part‑Time Ticket Sellers. Under direct supervision, the Ticket Seller will be the first point of contact for guests purchasing tickets to our events, providing exceptional service while handling ticket sales, exchanges, and general inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping people.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer ticket‑related issues (transfers, barcodes, account issues, etc.) by researching ticketing accounts.
  • Assist guests with mobile ticket education, claiming, transferring, and other issues, in assistance with a Ticketing Supervisor if needed.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills; respond promptly to customer needs, respond to requests for service and assistance, and work independently to handle most box office questions without assistance.
  • Manage Will‑Call window operations and prepare ticket orders or other related duties assigned by a Ticketing Supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous ticketing, point‑of‑sale, or customer service experience preferred.

  • Demonstrate the ability to carry out tasks reliably, productively, and expediently, and adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage relationships.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays; a minimum of one shift per calendar quarter is required to stay in good standing.
  • Comfortable working in an office or noisy stadium environment.
  • Work effectively under pressure or amidst a stringent schedule, handling different personalities and producing accurate results.
