We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Call Center Agent to join our client’s on-site team in Houston. This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer experience and comfortable supporting customers across multiple communication channels.

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with service questions and basic troubleshooting
• Guide customers through solutions with clarity and professionalism
• Accurately document interactions using CRM and customer service systems
• Manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
• Deliver a positive, solutions-oriented customer experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience, preferably in telecommunications or technology
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Monday through Saturday availability required
• On-site position in Houston, TX
• Rotating shifts

• Competitive hourly pay at $21/hour
