ABOUT

THE ROLE

Our Client is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their Customer Support team. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, patients, and internal departments, helping resolve technical inquiries, updating information, and supporting smooth communication. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced call center environment while maintaining professionalism and a strong customer-first approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding technical support inquiries, including error messages and troubleshooting
  • Provide accurate and responsive customer service, ensuring patient information is current for shipping and support purposes
  • Act as a liaison between customers, patients, and internal departments to resolve issues effectively
  • Conduct audits to recover company equipment as needed
  • Manage patient inquiries, requests, and concerns while following established processes and compliance guidelines
  • Maintain professionalism and provide clear, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance to all callers
  • Support special projects and additional tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 0–1 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or healthcare-related setting
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly relay information without slang or informal language
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and navigation
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities
  • Adherence to company policies, including no cell phone usage on the floor
