Position Summary

The Service Titan HVAC Dispatcher/CSR is the voice of the company and a key contributor to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for scheduling and dispatching technicians, ensuring accurate job closeout, maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders, and delivering an exceptional customer service experience.

Compensation
  • Hourly, Non-Exempt Position
  • Pay Range: $24 – $34 per hour, commensurate with experience

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years Home Service Dispatching experience (Required)
  • Proficiency in Service Titan (required)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional phone and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Accounts Receivable (AR) experience
  • Prior experience in HVAC, insulation, or home services
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Act as the voice of High Performance Home Systems
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently
  • Assign daily job routes based on skill and availability
  • Communicate with technicians, supervisors, vendors, clients, and leadership
  • Ensure accurate job documentation and closeout in Service Titan
  • Support billing and AR-related follow-up when applicable
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns
  • Assist with Accounts Receivables
