How you'll make an impact- Assist with the branch’s workflow and provide routine client support.
- Create important documents like certificates and reports using our systems and tools.
- Help ensure client satisfaction and retention by supporting the production team and client service functions.
- Directly contribute to achieving our goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
- Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred.
- Previous experience managing client relationships.
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A knack for organizing and managing tasks efficiently.
- The ability to use tools and systems to create accurate documents.
- A focus on delivering excellent service to clients and colleagues.
- A collaborative mindset to support team priorities.
