About the job

We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor in Houston, TX to lead our B2B customer service team. The role focuses on order-to-invoice processes, KPI monitoring, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the Customer Service organization, supporting the Hub Manager during transitions.
  • Drive the implementation and standardization of order‑to‑invoice processes.
  • Ensure processes, best practices, and controls are consistently followed.
  • Monitor service‑level commitments and maintain high performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Track and take ownership of key operational KPIs (order service performance, confirmation time, first‑time‑right, touchpoints).
  • Coach, develop, and inspire team members to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Planning, Production, and other cross‑functional teams to resolve customer service and process issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; preference for order management experience in manufacturing.
  • Experience in B2B customer service or similar customer‑facing role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong customer focus and experience applying differentiated business rules.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) modules.
  • Experience with a CRM system.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions quickly.
  • Self‑directed, works independently and manages priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Outstanding communication skills; collaborates across all levels and functions, including global teams.
Additional Information

Full‑time position; requires onsite employment at our Houston, TX location.

Reports directly into the Regional Customer Service Hub Manager.
