What You’ll DoAs a Customer Solutions Representative, you are the engine of HEXA’s customer relationships. This is the proving ground — the role where you show us what you’re made of. Day to day, you will:
- Handle inbound customer calls and deliver service that makes HEXA easy to do business with
- Create quotes for customers — accurately and fast
- Follow up on those quotes and close them
- Handle order issues, own the problem, and see it through to resolution
- Work across our CRM and internal platforms to keep everything moving
No cold calling. This role is inbound-first. But make no mistake — quoting, following up, and closing is real work, and how well you do it is how you earn what comes next.

Acquisition Team — For CSRs who prove they can close.This team executes targeted sales project plans, runs product demos for customers both in-field and virtual, and owns the follow-through that turns those demos into closed business. If you’ve shown you can quote, follow up, and close from the CSR seat, this is a natural next step.
Account Owner Team — For CSRs who prove they can build and keep relationships.This team owns account management and growth — monitoring customer activity daily, managing the full order lifecycle, onboarding customers onto our digital sales tools, and making sure HEXA is delivering real value to every account they touch.
Continuous Improvement Team — For CSRs who prove they think bigger than the task in front of them.This team runs special projects, leads research and development efforts, conducts root cause analysis studies, and drives the improvements that make the whole company better.

Bachelor’s degree required, graduated within the last five years, and located within 25 miles of Houston’s Aerospace corridor.

The Details- $50,000 base salary plus a performance comp plan — strong performers earn up to $60,000 in year one
- Full-time, fully on-site at our Houston Aerospace corridor office
- Monday through Friday — this is an in-office role, not hybrid or remote
