Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information with clarity and confidence.
  • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction by actively listening, demonstrating empathy, and communicating clearly to ensure sales satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, troubleshoot problems, and improve overall customer support strategies.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications to document interactions, update client records, and generate reports as needed.
  • Demonstrate strong analysis skills by identifying customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and escalating complex issues appropriately.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
Requirements
  • Bilingual abilities are highly valued; fluency in English plus additional languages enhances your effectiveness in serving diverse clients.
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for building rapport with customers from varied backgrounds.

  • Prior experience in a customer service environment is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • This requires your own personal vehicle as you will be meeting with clients in person.

Job Type: Full-time (Monday - Friday 7 AM - 4 PM)
