Key responsibilities (May include but not limited to):

Receive and review orders (verbal, faxed, mailed, electronic), dispatch and process in a timely manner
Order product from various vendors to fulfill orders/stock
Manage customer pricing
Process customer requests
Verify and maintain inventories for each market
Daily telemetry review
Promote process and execute X Matrix, improvement priorities and KPI’s
Reporting non-conformance’s via the Service Report System
Manage accounts in cooperation with sales representatives
Investigate issues and communicate with sales team and customers as required
Assist in month end process: invoicing, purchase orders, inventory balancing and portal review
Continual system and process review for improvement
Be in rotation for afterhour’s phone.
To continually exceed the expectations of our customers and vendors.
Other responsibilities as assigned

Required Education / Training / Equivalent Experience (Prior to hire / transfer):

Associate Degree or relevant college experience
Customer Service experience (2-4 Years)
Logistics background or exposure.
Organizational skills and Multitask Management
Detail Oriented
Computer skills to include Access, Word, Excel, Out Look
Ability to excel in a high paced deadline oriented environment
Team Player
Job longevity (stayed in positions or field over 3 years)

OJT (Required within the initial employment period – varies per position and experience):

Basic understanding of NACD / Responsible Care
Service Report system
Understand applicable procedures, work instructions, forms, checklists, etc.
PVS 101
