Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Customer Service Advocate II to join our team in Houston, Texas. This individual will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, claims status, and authorizations while ensuring accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and compliance with HIPAA guidelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service experience, knowledge of claims processing, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

• $19.69/hour pay rate
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• 100% onsite Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM 1 hour lunch
• Temporary role
• Located in Houston, TX

• Respond to inbound calls regarding benefits, eligibility, claims status, and authorizations
• Provide first call resolution by identifying issues and offering appropriate solutions
• Document all customer interactions accurately within CRM and claims systems
• Handle claims inquiries, including submitting reconsideration or adjustment requests when necessary
• Route calls and cases appropriately with detailed documentation
• Track trends in customer inquiries and elevate issues to management as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines
• Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure resolution and satisfaction

• Previous customer service experience in healthcare or call center environment preferred
• Knowledge of claims processing and healthcare benefits strongly preferred
• Experience with CRM systems and data entry required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
