Spa Concierge

The Woodhouse Spa - Vintage Park, America's Premier Day Spa, is seeking an experienced spa professional to join our Spa Concierge team.

• Select full and part‑time Spa Concierge positions.
• Serve as primary support for the spa’s manager, therapists and guests.
• Ensure every guest has a friendly, inviting and memorable experience.
• Answer incoming calls, listen to guest needs to schedule appointments or give service recommendations, and collect payment for services.
• Partner with therapists to increase guest retention and retail sales by scheduling the next appointment during checkout and promoting recommended products.
• Educate guests about the Woodhouse experience, including a warm welcome, introduction to the locker room and amenities, and help them have a seamless experience.
• Drive service and retail sales/awareness by educating guests about products, services and treatments.
• Remember small details such as the guest’s favorite drink, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries to pamper guests.
• Perform light cleaning duties, laundry duties and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Work evenings, weekends, holidays and shifts Monday through Saturday with flexibility.
• Maintain reliable transportation.

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in an spa setting.
• Strong computer skills; previous experience with scheduling software preferred.
• Outgoing, warm personality with the ability to make guests feel welcomed.
• Ability to perform light physical duties and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours.

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour.
