Hotel ICON in Houston is looking for a Front Desk Associate to greet and register guests in a welcoming manner while ensuring a high standard of service. Responsibilities include managing check-ins and check-outs, handling payments and guest queries, and resolving any guest issues promptly.
We seek individuals with a minimum of a high school diploma, excellent communication skills, and a customer service mindset. Previous hospitality or front desk experience is a plus but not mandatory. The role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
