We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to serve as the key customer contact for our branch. The role involves providing order support and product information, collaborating closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support the order fulfillment process.

• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and provide world‑class service.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service, analytics and problem‑solving skills.
• Process and review dealer orders, requests, and system‑generated acknowledgements using computer systems.
• Support other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
