The Woodhouse Spa - Vintage Park, America's Premier Day Spa, is seeking an experienced spa professional to join our Spa Concierge team.

Primary

Responsibilities Include:

• Full‑time evening Spa Concierge; required hours 1 pm – 8 pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
• Serve as primary support for the spa manager, therapists, and guests.
• Ensure that every guest has a friendly, inviting, and memorable experience.
• Answer incoming calls, listen to guests’ needs to schedule appointments or give service recommendations, and collect payment for services.
• Partner with therapists to increase guest retention and retail sales by scheduling the next appointment during checkout and promoting recommended products.
• Educate guests on the Woodhouse experience, including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and help them have a seamless experience.
• Drive service and retail sales awareness by educating guests on products, services, and treatments.
• Remember small personal details such as favorite drinks, birthdays, and anniversaries to pamper guests.
• Perform light cleaning duties, laundry duties, and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be flexible with your schedule and willing to work shifts Monday through Saturday.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have strong computer skills; previous experience with scheduling software is preferred.

Required:

2 years or more of sales experience, preferably in‑spa. Welcome and warm personality, outgoing, able to never meet a stranger. Strong desire to promote guest retention and retail sales.

Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 45 lbs, and work flexible evening schedules.
