We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused  
** Bilingual Customer Representative
** to join our team. This position requires fluent Spanish and English communication skills, as a large percentage of our customers are Spanish-speaking, particularly in South Texas and border communities.

** Important:
** Candidates must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English. Spanish language proficiency will be assessed during the interview process through a conversational evaluation.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Make outbound calls to existing and current customers.

+ Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls.

+ Take customer orders by phone and email.

+ Process orders accurately using order processing software.

+ Assist customers with questions, concerns, returns, and order inquiries.

+ Process customer payments for orders placed.

+ Maintain accurate customer records and order information.

+ Provide exceptional customer service while building positive customer relationships.

** Qualifications*
* + Fluent in both Spanish and English (required).

+ Previous telemarketing, customer service, inside sales, or call center experience preferred.

+ Experience handling outbound and inbound customer calls.

+ Strong computer skills and experience with order processing software.

+ Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

+ Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.

** Preferred Experience*
* + Order entry and order management.

+ Customer account support.

+ Payment processing.

+ Handling returns and customer issue resolution.
