The company seeks individuals who will contribute to delivering solutions in MROP products and services through Innovative Pumping Solutions, Metal Working, Supply Chain Services and Service Centers. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and handles customer inquiries, order processing and coordination with the outside sales team.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
• Process customer phone orders
• Check stock availability and shipping dates
• Quote prices, fill orders to customer specifications and process sales data via computer
• Assist the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products

• 3+ years of Inside Sales experience in metalworking or industrial supply is preferred
• Experience with profit 21 is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Enthusiastic, able to work independently
• Experience performing a majority of the listed functions
• Prior inside sales/customer service experience
• Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking and customer focus
• Regular in-person attendance required

• Physical Demand: Lifting up to 30 lbs may be required
