Perdue Brandon Fielder Collins & Mott, LLP in Houston TX is hiring full‑time Call Center Representatives to resolve delinquent accounts.

Work schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, paid life insurance, paid long‑term disability, short‑term disability, paid time off, paid holidays, HSA with firm contribution, 401(k) matching, annual bonus, and room for growth.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Analyze and evaluate records across multiple title databases by reviewing private and public records.
  • Verify property ownership, legal descriptions, liens, and encumbrances.
  • Create supporting documentation to prepare for litigation.
  • Work in a structured environment with a diverse workforce.
  • Follow the collection calendar.
  • Assist supervisor/management as required.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production objectives.
  • Maintain call quality, attendance, and adherence to the work schedule.
Qualifications
  • Previous office experience required, 1–2 years call center experience preferred. Six months experience within a call center at PBFCM preferred.
  • Bilingual skills a plus;
    Spanish, Vietnamese a definite plus.
Education Requirement
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Some college (preferred).

  • Ability to effectively deal with difficult customers using diplomacy and tact.

  • Sit at a computer most of the day.
  • Use a headset and be on the phone frequently.

Physical Demands

Regular walking, sitting, speaking, and hearing; standing, using hands to finger, handle, or feel; reaching with hands and arms; occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Requires close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Employee may be required to travel by air or car.
