Service & Support | Pay Range: $46,880 – $57,820.
- Receive and process orders and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Communicate directly with truck drivers and customers, follow up on, and resolve order issues.
- Manage high‑volume calls and communications with truck drivers and plant personnel across 12 locations.
- Issue accurate tickets and process overweight permits daily.
- Enter customer and job data into JWS, coordinate deliveries with freight carriers, and provide order confirmations and status updates.
- Provide after‑hours or early‑morning shift coverage as needed, including during inclement weather.
Monday – Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM and rotational Saturdays 6:00AM – 12:00PM. Ability to work 4:00AM – 12:00PM as needed for vacation coverage.
Qualifications- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in business systems and tools supporting customer service functions.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Commitment to teamwork, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Spanish bilingual – required. Customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Professional telephone etiquette and strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Windows‑based programs, JWS, and SAP systems.
- Knowledge of aggregates or construction materials helpful.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or additional training preferred.
This role is based in an office setting within an aggregates operation and may require occasional visits to plant or site locations. The environment is collaborative, fast‑paced, and focused on delivering exceptional service to customers.
Physical DemandsAbility to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer or desk. Occasional walking on uneven surfaces during site visits. May require lifting or carrying office supplies or small packages (up to 25lb). Use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
