Bilingual Office Admin / Customer Service Coordinator

Gutters by Berger Home Services is looking for a reliable, organized, and bilingual Office Admin to join our team.

We are a busy gutter company looking for someone who can help keep the office running smoothly, communicate with customers, assist with scheduling, and support our sales and production teams. This position is a great fit for someone who is comfortable on the phone, detail-oriented, and able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming calls and assisting customers in English and Spanish
  • Scheduling estimates and helping manage appointment calendars
  • Following up with leads and customers by phone, text, and email
  • Gathering customer information and job details
  • Updating customer files, job notes, and internal systems
  • Assisting with estimate and sold job paperwork
  • Communicating with sales reps, installers, and office staff
  • Helping keep daily office operations organized and on track
  • Providing excellent customer service from first call through job completion
Requirements
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using computers, email, text messaging, and scheduling systems
  • Able to multitask and follow through without constant reminders
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Phone sales or inside sales experience is a plus
  • Experience in a home service, construction, or trade-based business is a plus, but not required
