Service Advisor (Bilingual - English/Spanish) - High-Performing Shop in Houston

Chimney Rock Car Care is growing, and we’re looking for a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team.

We are not a typical repair shop. We prioritize honesty, transparency, and a high-level customer experience
, and we’re looking for someone who can communicate clearly, build trust, and help our customers make confident decisions.

• Established, high-volume independent shop in Houston (Galleria area).
• 10-bay facility with an experienced, structured team.
• Digital Vehicle Inspections with photos & videos.
• Strong reputation with 700+ Google reviews.
• Focused on growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Guide customers through the repair process from start to finish.
• Clearly communicate concerns between customers and technicians.
• Present estimates with confidence and clarity.
• Follow up on declined work and missed opportunities.
• Schedule appointments and manage shop workflow.
• Deliver a consistent, high-level customer experience.

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
• Automotive Service Advisor experience (required).
• Strong communication and sales confidence.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
