- Provide expert support and guidance on vehicle titling and registration processes to customers and internal team.
- Process vehicle titles, registrations, and license plates in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Oversee fleet registration renewals for all 50 states, maintaining accuracy and compliance with state regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, tag agencies, state DMV offices, and third-party vendors.
- Research and resolve title discrepancies, missing documentation, and compliance issues promptly.
- Process replacement registrations, duplicate titles, and plate requests.
- Coordinate vehicle registration transfers between states.
- Manage title processing for vehicle terminations, transfers, and ownership changes.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems and databases.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with confidence to ask questions and resolve issues.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
