Residential Hvac Dispatcher
House Pro is currently looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team as a residential HVAC dispatcher. As a dispatcher, you will be handling inbound and outbound calls and are typically the first person any new customers will speak with. You will also be responsible for scheduling and dispatching the technician's to their service calls. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking to customers and technicians in a fast paced environment.
House Pro AC is a growing HVAC contractor that has been serving the Houston area for over 25 years. We are located in the Heights area of Houston and this is an in office position only.
Job Role s:
- Answering inbound calls
- Making outbound calls to customers
- Communicating with technicians
- Ordering parts for technicians
- Scheduling customers
- Entering customer data
- Excellent customer service
- Various administrative duties as needed
- Rotating weekend on call schedule with other dispatchers
