As a Domino’s Pizza CSR, you are the first contact with every customer who calls our stores. Your professionalism and optimism are vital to creating a pleasant experience for customers.
As a CSR, you will receive training on our computer system and gain confidence through working with customers. We offer flexible hours and advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities- Answer customer calls and serve as the initial point of contact.
- Use the computer system to process orders and inquiries.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information in line with EEO guidelines.
