Airline Customer Service Representative at Houston International Airport; IAH

Responsibilities

• Learn behind‑the‑scenes workings of an international airport.
• Rotate through check‑in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, arrivals, and other airport areas.
• Navigate challenges and flight activities to ensure on‑time performance.
• Interact professionally with high‑profile passengers.
• Collaborate with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to maintain a safe and secure travel experience.

• Eager to learn new skills.
• Organized and logical thinker capable of making quick decisions.
• Problem‑solving ability and adaptability to unforeseen situations.
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Ability to multi‑task in a dynamic environment.
• Minimum 18 years of age, high‑school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Ability to obtain security clearance from U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
• English proficient; other languages are a plus.
• Computer savvy.
