Service BDC Appointment Coordinator - Toyota

• Contacting our new and existing Service department customers via telephone and/or email
• Set appointments for our valued Service customers.
• Contact customers to confirm or reschedule appointments.
• We will train on existing computer systems
• Shift will be 9a-6p, Mon-Fri with ability to work some Saturdays 8-5; we are closed on Sunday

• Bi‑lingual – English/Spanish Speaker is a plus!
• Strong computer and telephone skills
• Microsoft Office knowledge is important – Word and Excel
• Prior Call Center experience preferred but not mandatory
• Appointment Setting/Telemarketing Experience Preferred
• Great Telephone Communication Skills
• Able to multi‑task
• Team Player
• The ability to manage high call volumes and call lists simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills

• High school diploma/GED
• Basic computer skills
• Must have valid driver’s license

Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies.
