Receptionist
Central Houston Nissan is looking for a receptionist! The receptionist will receive callers at the dealership, determine the nature of their business and direct callers to their destination. They will answer basic inquiries, route incoming calls, take messages and provide basic information to all callers.
Supervisory responsibilities - none.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous, prompt and accurate telephone answering service for all dealership personnel.
- Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously over a multi-line phone system.
- Welcome customers to the dealership and provide assistance to them providing information, recording messages or forwarding calls.
- Greet internal and external customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Provide high quality assistance to office personnel to ensure a smooth running and productive office environment.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills including active listening.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- High school or equivalent (Preferred).
- Must be available to work Saturdays.
