Responsibilities- Monitor RFID tracking system for multiple locations
- Respond to customer support requests via telephone, e‑mail or Whats App
- Communicate with customer operations via telephone, e‑mail or Whats App
- Visit customer sites within Houston area from time to time (possible opportunity to travel outside of Houston and country)
- Self‑motivated with Strong work ethic to meet the demands of the oil & gas industry, logistics industries
- Bilingual (must be able to communicate fluently English & Spanish)
- Domestic and International travel may be required, must have valid U.S. passport
- Must be bi‑lingual, English and Spanish (absolute requirement)
- Full‑time (8 hours): 11:30am to 8pm, Monday through Friday
- Part‑time (4 hours): 4pm to 8pm, Monday through Friday
- Starting salary $42K or higher based on experience, performance raises and bonuses (hirer salary if working in our office)
