Global Healing, Inc. is seeking Customer Experience Representatives to assist customers across phone, email, live chat, and in person. You will handle orders, refunds, billing inquiries, and product questions with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer service, 1 year in a call center, and excellent written/verbal communication. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and a passion for healthy living is encouraged.
