Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on education/experience)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | Shifts ranging between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Weekends & Overtime:
Based on project needs

Openwork is hiring Voter Registration Research & Customer Service Specialists to support the Harris County Tax Office during the upcoming election season. If you have strong customer service skills, a sharp eye for detail, and want to support vital community elections, this is an excellent opportunity to put your administrative talents to work.
Responsibilities- Research and clean up voter registration rolls across multiple databases and public records
- Cross-reference voter information to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Answer high-volume inbound phone calls from registered voters regarding registration status and details
- Process voter registration applications and address updates
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) for data entry, logging, and tracking
- Maintain accurate records and adhere strictly to county confidentiality guidelines
- High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred for advanced $25/hr research roles)
- 1+ year of professional customer service or administrative experience
- Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM (Testing required)
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Chinese is a strong plus
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer proficiency and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and dependable work habits
- Competitive pay based on education and experience ($22.00–$25.00/hr)
