Monday–Friday | Shifts ranging between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Weekends & Overtime:

Openwork is hiring Voter Registration Research & Customer Service Specialists to support the Harris County Tax Office during the upcoming election season. If you have strong customer service skills, a sharp eye for detail, and want to support vital community elections, this is an excellent opportunity to put your administrative talents to work.

• Research and clean up voter registration rolls across multiple databases and public records
• Cross-reference voter information to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Answer high-volume inbound phone calls from registered voters regarding registration status and details
• Process voter registration applications and address updates
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) for data entry, logging, and tracking
• Maintain accurate records and adhere strictly to county confidentiality guidelines

• High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred for advanced $25/hr research roles)
• 1+ year of professional customer service or administrative experience
• Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM (Testing required)
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Chinese is a strong plus
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer proficiency and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and dependable work habits
