HJSRLLC is seeking Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support our toll road client in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidates will assist customers with inquiries regarding toll road accounts. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as well as a strong focus on customer service.
The role involves answering inbound calls, processing payments, and resolving customer issues while meeting quality standards. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and previous customer service experience is preferred.
