SynergenX Health is seeking Full-Time Pharmacy Customer Care Representative to join our team! This role focuses on weight loss and clinical care, offering meaningful work in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Representative will be responsible for answering all pharmacy related incoming calls, texts and emails and handling customer questions and complaints. Representative must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. In accordance with state and federal regulations, performs data entry and patient registration and responding to high volume customer inquiries, working under direct supervision.

Follows standard operating procedures and performs duties in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Responsible for using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information

Schedule:
  • Tuesday through Saturday7:00am to 4:00pm
  • Tuesday through Saturday 10:00am to 7:00pm
  • Two weeks of paid on-site training.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule patient appointments in the EHR system.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and routing with accuracy and care.
  • Document all communications in the CRM platform.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of high-volume call center experience
  • Experience with CRM or EHR software (minimum one year)
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and good judgment
  • Must pass a routine criminal background check
