Customer Relationship Coordinator

Job Description

• Support the Polyethylene business in customer relationship management
• Process customer orders and handle queries and complaints
• Order capture, resolution, tracking, progression, invoicing, cash collection, and resolution of any issues that arise
• Support Sales Managers to resolve credit/payment issues
• Ensure master data is kept up to date

• 2+ years of customer service center experience within chemical/polyethylene or directly in oil and gas industry
• Experience with SAP/ GSAP
• Experience taking orders and tracking deliveriesi>
• Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong customer focus and service mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
