Customer Service Representative (Warehouse)
Houston, TX 77029 $ 19.00/hour Schedule Sunday - Tuesday: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Wednesday: 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM PROMAN Staffing is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment and strong customer service skills.
ResponsibilitiesCheck drivers in and out Print BOLs and shipping documents Monitor inventory and customer orders Enter data and prepare reports Respond to customer calls and emails Coordinate shipments and dock assignments Assist with problem resolution
RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED 2+ years of customer service experience in a warehouse setting SAP and Synapse experience preferred Strong data entry and computer skills Microsoft Office proficiency Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Must pass a background check and drug screen
