Customer Service Representative

U.S. Legal Support is seeking a Customer Service Representative who communicates effectively, thrives under pressure, and has a customer-first mindset. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll act as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all.
Location:
Houston, TX - Hybrid
Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Provide administrative support to clients and internal departments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on retention
- Communicate with clients via phone and email regarding documentation, requests, and updates
- Process and respond to emails, calls, and messages that require immediate attention
- Accurately log client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our internal database
- Follow HIPAA-compliant communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring client satisfaction
- Perform additional duties as needed

To qualify for this position, you must have a high school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred) and at least 2 years of customer service experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to various customer personalities. Experience in the service or legal industry is a plus.
