Where Your Purpose Accelerates Our Mission As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring patient information and cardiac monitoring data are accurately processed and entered into company systems.

This is where your work supports timely patient care by maintaining data integrity, managing inbound customer inquiries, and ensuring the proper handling of cardiac monitoring devices and related records. Success in this role is measured by accuracy, productivity, compliance, and the timely processing of incoming products and information.

What You’ll Do
  • Upload CAM patch data and associated patient information into company systems, ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
  • Organize, scan, label, and process incoming CAM products and records to support daily operations.
  • Enter patient documentation, symptom diaries, notes, complaints, and other required information into designated systems.
  • Answer inbound customer calls and emails, providing information, resolving routine inquiries, and routing requests according to established procedures.
  • Document customer interactions, correspondence, and case details within company systems.
  • Identify and elevate data discrepancies, documentation issues, or customer concerns in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with inventory management, including the intake, storage, recycling, and disposal of cardiac monitoring devices according to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Lift, move, transport, and handle cardiac monitoring equipment, supplies, and inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
What You’ll Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience using computer systems for data entry, documentation, and record maintenance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience working with multi-line phone systems or handling inbound customer inquiries.
  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive patient information in compliance with company policies.
  • Ability to accurately process and manage high volumes of information and documentation.
  • Ability to lift, move, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks with or without reasonable accommodation.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The starting hourly rate for this role will be $16.15 per hour.
