Position OverviewThe Entry Level Event Coordinator assists with planning, organizing, and supporting community events and promotional activities. No extensive event experience is required.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with planning and coordinating community events
- Support event setup, operation, and breakdown
- Organize event materials and supplies
- Welcome attendees and provide general company information
- Maintain event records and inventory
- Work with team members to ensure smooth event operations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexible availability for occasional evening or weekend events
- Previous event or customer service experience is a plus but not required
