Burnett Staffing Specialists is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for an in-office role in Houston, TX (Greenway Plaza area, 77098). Pay is $19.00/hr with a Monday-Friday schedule 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm. The role requires bilingual Spanish/English and strong call-center skills.
You'll handle account inquiries, billing questions, enrollments, and basic collections while providing excellent customer service. Overtime may be required.
