Responsibilities include:

• Managing customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction
• Identifying upselling opportunities
• Collaborating with dispatch
• Conducting post-move customer calls
• Gathering feedback for new features
• Using CRM software for scheduling
• Coordinating with internal teams for escalations
• Maintaining communication with drivers
• Customer claims process
• Monitoring inventory; proficiency in English/Spanish is preferred
