Summary:

The Customer Support Representative is responsible for providing quality and timely customer service to both Spec’s employees and its customers. This will include answering questions via phone or email and resolving issues via a ticketing system.

Responsibilities:

Respond to Spec’s customer inquiries via phone and email

Respond to Spec’s employees' inquiries via phone and email

Resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner utilizing ticketing system

Provide technical support for third party delivery platform inquiries

Build relationships with customers and provide them with a positive experience

Stay up to date on Spec’s product offerings

Follow Spec's policies and procedures

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent1-2 years of customer service experience

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Ability to handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
