Duct CSR Houston, TX 77041 SUMMARY The Duct Logistics Coordinator / Customer Service Representative manages domestic customer orders from order entry through final delivery. This role works closely with Sales, Production, Shipping, transportation providers, and customers to coordinate orders, schedule deliveries, process RMAs, and provide timely updates to customers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and experienced with domestic transportation, order coordination, scheduling, ERP systems, and customer service within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
